Our Consultants
Robin Mack, MBA, PMP, GAICD
Principal Consultant and Founder
Robin is an accomplished business innovation and technology leader with a track record of driving innovative business strategies and successfully executing technology and innovation initiatives on a global scale. With over 30 years of management experience spanning governance, executive leadership, technology development, marketing, international program/project management, financial operations, and vendor relations, Robin has established himself as a trusted expert in the field.
Robin’s recent background and practical experience with implementing agile, lean and design thinking principles has supported transformations at several of the Australia’s largest financial, retail, media, telco and government organisations over the last two decades. Prior to his current role, Robin held senior executive IT roles at Tatts Group and Wotif.com as well as with a global leading agile consulting company, ThoughtWorks, as a principal consultant.
Robin holds an MBA from Queensland University of Technology in entrepreneurship and international business and a BS from Grand Canyon University in Business / Finance. He also has a graduate certificate from the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). Robin also supports his personal passions by serving as a non-Executive Director on not-for-profit Boards such as John Paul College and Deaf Connect.
